Here in Florida, we see large exotic birds all the time. One we've really been wanting to see though, but haven't yet, is a large, white stork.

But after months of waiting, we finally got the word from a professional stork watcher that one will be coming our way on June 27th.

We can hardly wait. Legend has it that this famous white stork also brings a present! The stork was nice enough to send a sneak peek of our present and its message to us: "Howdy Folks!!"

That's right! Baby Garrison is on his/her way. We're super excited and admittedly a little in denial. (It's hard for me to believe that there is actually a human growing inside of me.) But I felt our baby "flutter/quicken" the other day and it was crazy! I'm a little worried this itty bitty baby is gonna be a kicker, because when we watched him/her on the screen he/she was a movin' and a groovin' and barely held still long enough for the nurse to take the heartbeat. But he/she's our little kicker and we love our itty bitty baby.

On the screen at the doctor's we could clearly see the baby's profile and especially the cute little nose. The head is on the left and our baby is looking up. You can make out the forehead, littlest tip of the nose, mouth and chin!

First shocked, then happy Dad! He stared at the test for no joke--five minutes straight--not saying a word, then asked, "What does this mean?" Haha. Even though it clearly says on the test, "PREGNANT." Silly Scott.
