happy + birthday: Chloe-Meister

Chloe-meister had her birthday March 13th! What can I say about this precious and oh-so-sweet little cousin of mine?
  • Chloe is BEAUTIFUL. Seriously, look at that picture. She is a blond-haired-blue-eyed beauty!
  • Chloe is excited. She revels in your excitements with you. Our entire family was at Grandma and Grandpa's swimming in the pool and hanging out. Bert and I were in the hot tub when Chloe came up. Chloe asked, "So Brittany, have you seen Edward lately? (Twilight-Vampire-Edward--yes, we start 'em young.) Brittany replies wittily, "Only in my dreams!" Chloe yells, "YAY!!" haha. She was so happy for Brittany and her delusional fantasies about a fictional character.
  • Chloe is a connoisseur of candies and delectables.  She loved her sweets when she was younger. I was once babysitting her and Sam and asked what they wanted for dinner. Wrong question. I shouldn't have given a choice. Chloe says, "Cookies!" "No Chloe, you can't have cookies for dinner," I reply. She thinks for a second. "Cake!" "No Chloe." "Lollipops!" "NO." haha. She was determined to have one of those things for dinner. Love her. Another memory: this was around Thanksgiving. The Riddles and Cawleys went out to Thai Pepper. I was sitting with Chloe and Sam and Spencer. Chloe began to tell a story about how her dad had put them on the roof to watch the stars (i think..). Chloe says, "My dad gave us some cheese, and I was eating it and thought, 'I really wish I had some crackers'" (haha). It was so random and funny we all started cracking up and Chloe smiled her wonderful smile.
  • Chloe is well-traveled and high-cultured. She's had so many life experiences already and visited so many exotic and foreign places. She's also a little fashionista and always looks adorable.
  • Chloe has a fabulous voice! Really, she is a wonderful singer. Way better than I am. She took singing lessons and performed "Reflection" from Mulan at the Ward Talent Show. She was awesome!
  • Chloe is adventurous. She is braver than I am in just about everything. We went to Mission Beach a couple of years ago and had to drag me into the ocean to go boogie boarding. haha. She jumped right in and was so encouraging, "Come on Cristine! It's not cold. It's not scary. You can do it!!" She skiis like a madwoman, jumps in the ocean and swims way far out, and other brave things--she is her father's daughter.
  • Chloe is everyone's cheerleader. She supports everyone. She is kind to everyone. She loves everyone. She is the sweetest cousin a girl could ask for. Never lose your wonderful, shining, beautiful, kind character Chloe-meister! I love you!
